"Levanduski Landscapes has been the landscaper and
snow removal contractor at Wyndham Place at Foxmoor for
18 years. I have also been the manager there for the same
period of time, so I definitely know how easy it is to
manage a community when there is a topnotch company taking
care of the grounds. We have worked together through the
early years when a new condominium community is still
raw earth, through the digging of cable lines, the early
demise of builder-planted trees will wrapped in nylon
burlap, to the point where the mature landscaping creates
a wonderland each spring. Mr. Levanduski has always devoted
time and attention to our landscaping, and equally important,
has spent time educating both the manager and all of the
Board members. We have taken many walkthrough inspections
with the Board members and Mr. Levanduski, and he patiently
explains why some trees and bushes do well in certain
areas, and makes suggestions on what to plant where. He
has always been on top of insect infestations, and has
been ahead of the pack in learning about Integrated Pest
Management and implementing it in Wyndham Place. This
has not only saved us money on chemical applications,
it has been good for the health of our residents, their
children and pets. Wyndham has mature flowering Pear trees
that have been carefully pruned and shaped by Levanduski
landscapes so that they have survived wind and icestorms,
past their usual lifespan. Our lawns look wonderful. Levanduski
Landscapes have devised a Landscape Plan for the community
so that as money is available, we know what should be
planted, thanks to the plan drawn by a landscape architect.
Areas of the community were built in naturally swampy
and wet areas, and they have devised drainage systems
to correct these inherent problems. Over the past 18 years,
we have had dozens of snow storms, ice storms, and a 'storm
of the century', as well as 18 inches of snow, capped
with ice which required earthmoving equipment, such as
a large backhoe to remove. While many communities were
unprepared for this kind of storm, we were promptly cleared
since Levanduski had access to and could operate this
large backhoe. We have always been very happy with the
quality and promptness of the snow clearing job. Individual
elderly residents have their needs and requests, and they
are always quickly fulfilled. As the manager of Wyndham
Place at Foxmoor for the past 18 years, I can wholeheartedly
state that Levanduski Landscapes is the very best landscaper
there is. Our company has managed other communities who
had other landscapers in place, and there is simply no
comparison. The proof is in the beauty of Wyndham Place,
and the fact that many board members over this extended
period of time have voted to renew their contract."
